On this day, the first of Desnus in the year 4708 in the Age of Lost Omens, the barony of Thorngart was founded. I, Clovis of Thornkeep, shall be its chronicler. Even so, this is not my tale. This is the tale of four heroes brought together by chance and a charter of the Swordlords of Restov.
Their leader and our current barron is Sir Alvin Highthorn, a noble paladin of Erastil. He is brave and rash, a deadly combination for his enemies,.... and himself. Scarred and wounded in numerous battles het just keeps going. Few enemies still live to tell the tale.
His advisor in tactics is Feodyr. With a keen mind he tries to keep his companions, especcialy Sir Alvin, alive. So far he has been succesfull.
Their scout and religious advisor is Araniele, by some known as the lady of the lake.Mysterious and beautifull, she is accompanied by her loyal companion Trassal, a large mountain cat.
And last, but certainly not least, there is Body. For fear of my life I shall not write anything about him here, lest he discover it. He likes to keep in the shadows.
